Wanted for Kidnapping: Lloyd "Butch" Skillern

Lloyd "Butch" Skillern is wanted in connection with kidnapping an informant (released unharmed) during a drug transaction in Warren County, Kentucky on March 5, 2007. The accused is entered in NCIC. The original warrant is held at the Bowling Green Police Department. He may be operating a 2004 Toyota Tundra, Gray in color with Kentucky License 944BSP. It is unknown if he is armed, however he is very familiar with guns as 22 were seized during the search of his residence.
